Chinese Medicine – Alternative Herbs To Replace Atractylodes & Poria?

I need to make some Major Four Herbs (Major Six Herbs) formula but can`t find a store in my area that sells Atractolodes (Bai Zhu) & Poria (Fu Ling). Are there any good, easily accessible, alternatives to these two? Please let me know. Best Regards
