How Do I Lose 6 Kilos (=13 Lbs) “permanently”?

I am 21 years old, and I’m not obese. Still I want to lose 6 kilos, because when I was thinner I was feeling better. :) Please give me some advice. I don’t care how long or how hard it takes.
Details:
I am 172 cm tall. (approximately 5’7″)
My current weight: 62 kilos (=137 lbs) -> as you can calculate, my BMI is 21.0
I want to be 56 kilos (=123 lbs) -> BMI 18.9 and that’s still normal. :)
I do not smoke nor do I drink alcohol.
Sports: I practice aikido (a martial art) twice a week (a training session lasts for two hours). If you give me any sports advice make sure it doesn’t cost too much. I don’t want to pay a fortune for Pilates – but I can buy a DVD so I can do it at home if I should.
Diet:
I usually eat only twice a day – sandwich at school or work and some dish for dinner before 7 pm. Of course if I am hungry I eat some fruit or I open a bag of crackers even if it’s late in the night. That’s probably not very healthy.
I occasionally eat fast food, otherwise I like to cook my meals or if I don’t have the time to cook I go to Indian/Chinese cheap restaurants.
Health: No health problems, no pills.
Some more info:
I dance every Friday night, which is very intense (Lindy Hop).
I sometimes – now very occasionally go jogging for 30-60 minutes.
My favorite type of sport is all kinds of martial arts. (I used to practice shotokan karate, tae kwon do, some kickboxing, kung fu and krav maga.)
Thanks for your help! :)

Alternative Medicine: Can Blackberry Vinegar Be Made With Apple Cider Vinegar?

I’d quite like to know if you can make blackberry vinegar with apple cider vinegar (home made) without boiling it. Because I don’t want to kill off the mother in the cider vinegar.

Does The Government Have Shares In The Pirate Bay?

According to the internet ranking website Alexa.com,
4 million unique visitors visit Pirate Bay on average every day.
5.8% of those visitors are from the UK.
According to them 45 million people in the UK are online.
That’s only 200,000 visitors a day from the UK.
Nearly all the users are young single males between 18 and 24 years of age and they are computer literate.
So when you think about it it doesn’t make sense for the Government to work SO HARD to block one site that only 0.4% of the UK population even bother to visit.
I think, it’s actually a B-R-O-A-D-E-R and more sly move by the Government to make it easier for them to quickly block any website that threatens them within seconds of its creation and before it runs any risk of getting people organised or disseminating anti-government sentiment to the masses.
They have now bullied the major ISP’s, through undemocratic high court manouvers, into putting in place a control system that will allow them to silence any internet dissent – So they will always look good in the eyes of their voters and thos of dissent will never get to have a say – this is a key political strategy in totalitarian governance – and it’s technically non democratic – That’s why the Chinese communist government loves it.
The internet is like giving everybody a gun. If everybody has one it puts ordinary people on a level playing field with authority. For example, people used Twitter to organize the London riots in protest to authority’s harsh treatment of the poor, now increasingly unemployed, tax payer while continuing to excuse the fraudulent activity of their banker chums.
The Occupy movement rose in power against the authorities for the Governments continued support of their bank chums which led to campign in parks in the city near the banks. The bankers got our Government to have them evicted for peaceful protest. They have done this to all the other Occupy movements in the USA and Europe too – fascism and control is rapidly taking over the lives of every low class citizen of the planet.
I think PirateBay is pretext for this wider issue of world Government’s totalitarian control over it’s subjects. And like every other hyper -control measure our beloved Government dreams up comes added stress and suffering to it’s subjects who are ever more scared to fart.

Anxiety Causing Diarrhea Maybe? Help Me?

I asked a similar question an hour ago but i asked it differently so please answer this one.
I read anxiety can cause diarrhea, I have had constant diarrhea for 6-7 months now. I think it may be anxiety because i am usually fine on weekends and during holidays it calms down. Could this be caused by anxiety caused by school?
I don’t have any problems with school, no stress, lots of friends, easy work, no bullying or anything.
But i cannot go to school like this and i cannot stop it.
I have seen many doctors / i have seen several dietitions / had acupuncture 15 times / taken chinese herbal medicine / FODMAP diet / Gluten free diet / the most plain diet ever / many pills / many medicines
And none of it has worked.
I have not been at school for almost all this time so ….
QUESTIONS HERE —
1- Could this be what is going on?
2- What can i do to fix this?
3- Other thoughts / comments?

What Kind Of Cat Is This?

Hey everyone, this might sound like a stupid question but does anyone know what type of Cat this is?
(Hazel sleeping on my lap while i’m on the computer)

http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/26/picture103ye.jpg/

http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/35/picture102cf.jpg/

The reason why I don’t know what type of cat this is, is because one day when grocery shopping at a nearby chinese supermarket, a chinese male walked up to me with a garbage bag and as I looked in, I saw this beautiful cat. It seemed like he was giving her away because he couldn’t afford to take care of her and the health issues she had. We took her in and named her Hazel and she’s been living with us for almost 3 years now.
To be honest, I thought this was a common cat but it’s taken me 3 years to realize that you don’t see this type of cat everyday but i’m curious now! Anyone know? :)

Masters Of Public Health Concentration Options?

Hello all. I was hoping that someone who has either been through a MPH program or someone who is knowledgeable of the field of Public Health could provide me with some insight.
I am a recent graduate with my BA in Psychology. I had decided that I didn’t particularly want to go to school to be a psychologist or counselor, and wanted to try something in the field of Public Health instead. I recently was accepted into the College of Public Health at the University of Kentucky. I initially applied with Environmental Health as my concentration. I know that I have a couple of semesters before I have to know for sure what I want my concentration to be in, but I really want to try to figure that out as soon as possible.
The other alternative concentrations offered at my university are:
Bio-statistics
Epidemiology
Gerontology
Health Behavior
Health Services Management
Preventive Medicine and Environmental Health
Now, my primary question is concerning what concentration would hold the most opportunity in the real world job market, and how have you come to realize this in your own educational/professional experience?
Now, for my second question. My reasoning for choosing Environmental Health initially was because I could see myself being something along the lines of an occupational health and safety specialist. How likely is it that someone with a MPH with a concentration in environmental health could achieve this? Would having a MPH actually give me a significant advantage in pursuing such a position? Would a concentration in another area be better suited? I realize that of course it would require a certain amount of work related experience, which I would like to try to acquire partially while I am in school through an internship.
And my last question is quite simple: Are you glad that you chose MPH as your masters endeavor? Do you feel that it was advantageous to your professional goals, and that it was personally informative and developmental?
I’m just now going back to school after two years, and since I wasn’t really quite satisfied with the job market for my undergraduate major, I want to ensure that I am making the right decision for my masters degree. I realize how important it is to get some feedback and opinions on an area of study from those who have been through it or are knowledgeable. Thanks to those of you for taking the time to read this.

Could It Be Something To Do With Insecurity, Just Plain Mean Or A Personality Disorder?

I will start by saying my self esteem is low because I’m having a hard time at work. At home I’m craving intimacy and sex. Neither things are working even after trying to introduce toys.
I have been described as being a good man with a good heart. But that there is something wrong with me because I make mistakes daily or now fail to impress my wife. All I want is some bloody appreciation. Not to be told that if I were her employee, she wouldn’t want me and that I am useless. And that she thinks that ‘special people’ are usually good at one area of their life.
Right now, I am wondering what to make of what she just said and I have questioned her again as to why she married ‘an idiot’… funnily enough it was only two days ago she said I am smart and a good man (I thought she had cheated on me because it was so out of character for her).
Oh last nights tirade included some remark about me being her slave. I’m really concerned with her mental health because this is not normal behaviour even for a Chinese woman. I consulted a Chinese GP who also said her behaviour is definitely not normal.
It has gotten to the point where if I make something wrong, she will get up, call it sh** and leave the room. Her favourite daily saying is that I disappoint her. Yet all I have done is give her love and go to work. But that gives her the right to call me stupid apparently and talk to me with no respect.
Well, now I want a different woman and a chance at a normal life with a loving wife who doesn’t talk to me in that way! Never in my life have I met a woman who takes me in her arms and says she loves me, then later runs me into the ground saying everything I do is a disappointment…
What is going on here?
