An alternative medicine speaker came to my health class today and did some qi tricks with us. He had us cup our hands and rotate one around the other for a while, and when we went in the opposite direction, our fingers were tingly.
Are there any other cool tricks like this I can try? I want to explore my qi.

Correct me if Im wrong, but I find that prescriptions and invasive procedures are not always the answer, and in many cases can create more problems than worth. But from personal experience, it seems like many natural remedies work much better without usage of drugs or invasive procedures. Like Healthy Eating, exercize, stress reduction, natural supplements, or spa-related treatments seem to work just fine. Im not saying that surgery and meds dont have their place.

I have been getting really interested in chinese stuff including the zodiac and feng shui. and i want to feng shui my bedroom. right now my room has light pink walls with flowers on them, and a tan colored carpet. i have a mirror hanging on my door and my bed faces the door. um…i also have my bird/bird cage in my room. i don’t know much about feng shui, so bear with me…. and some tips on feng shui for good health would be helpful, because according to my zodiac thing for this year, i will be prone to illness (and i recently got a cold too.) and i dont have enough money to paint the walls or get a new carpet.so could someone tell me the basics and stuff that would help my bedroom please? (i’m a teen btw)

What the heck could be wrong with my profile description? Please help me rewrite this so I can get a job!

Someone I know was advised angiography and angioplasty by a heart specialist. He went to another doctor- who tells there is no need of those, but has prescribed an ayurvedic medicine called “Myodrrops XL” along with some other medicines. Is this medicine an effective alternative to angiography and angioplasty?

Looking for clinic management software for a chinese medicine practice.
Currently am PC based, but am wanting to move to mac, so mac platform is preferred.
I want the software to be able to hold client database, do full stock inventory, have point of sales with full financial reports etc. and preferably multi user so there is a server (reception) and each practitioner can use the software via each room to enter patient data during consult-i want to be paperless.
view calendar for appointments, and make appointments easily. have multiple practitioners with different modalities.
would like but not essential to sync with google calendar or be able to update on practitioner’s iphone etc for calendar.
be able to sms clients for appointment reminders
email patients with marketing campaigns or newsletters etc
if possible use device such as ipad to fill in patient intake forms for patient to auto complete their details.
if you have had expereince using the software would be great. I’d prefer application rather than online solution as I find it annoying every click having to wait for the page to load.
any suggestions are welcomed.
so far i’m looking at clinic director, but it seems a little buggy and is only on pc, as with clinicPOS.
price is an issue and needs to be as low as possible.

My shoulder has been giving problem last six months or so and is now increasing further. am unable to use my left hand to comb my hair or dress myself. am being advised steroid injections and go for MRI. can anyone tell me as to how a MRI is done? Also if there is any alternative to steroid medicine. I do not want to go for injections. please help
