i’m a chinese male and i work at mcdonald’s. today everybody was making fun of me like “ching chong”. i told them to stop but they wouldn’t even the manager. this has been going on for a week but i never reported. the manager has grab my penis alot and i’m sure i got many co-workers who’ve witnessed this. can i sue?

sure you can sue
the question is, can you win. And no, not with what you have described here.
Go to your corporate office and make a complaint.
You can report the bullying to corporate so they can address the issue. Then if nothing happens to fix the problem you report it to the labor board. They will investigate and let you know if you have a case to sue for. You have to have proof of your allegations. Which I doubt you do because this sounds like a troll story. Suing is the last thing to do not the first.
If your story was true, instead of complete trolling B.S. then:
1. You could have him arrested for touching you AND
2. You could report all the employees involved and the manager to McDonald’s corporate office for violating their discrimination polices AND
3. You could sue.
