Are there any natural remedies or alternative medicine for a persistent bad headache and a sore throat?
(No normal pills eg. paracetamol, ibuprofen, strepsils. will work)

I would go look in the organic tea section of the grocery store, here in the US I like to use Traditional Medicinals Throat coat for when my throat is sore. Some honey in regular tea might help, if you don’t feel up to going out. For your headaches I would just lay in a dark quiet room.
I don’t take painkillers either.
