Please consider my points before giving an answer; this is a serious question.
The more I learn about this world and study history, the more I doubt that blacks will ever rise from the bottom of society. Consider these points:
1. On just about every continent, blacks can expect to be treated with complete disrespect. In Asia they are openly discriminated against. In Eastern Europe they are violently attacked. In India, darker skinned people fill the lower castes. Blacks aren’t even safe from poor treatment in Africa.
2. There is really no true evidence that blacks had a great civilization. People point to Egypt, but the ancient Egyptians had light skin and really didn’t look like the majority of blacks that face discrimination around the world. Yet every other race of people, from the Chinese to the Arabs to the Greeks, can point to mountains of achievements that have advanced our civilization.
3. Today blacks are falling behind in every measure of social achievement. In the future, success in the sciences will be the key to success. Yet blacks seem to be focused on music and sports. They are underrepresented in engineering and other serious sciences. Most of them also lack the education that is needed to pursue the jobs of the future.
4. Blacks lag behind economically, and their progress in the United States has been erased in the last recession. This current generation of blacks will be worse off than their parents, which gives them less clout as consumers.
5. When you look at the prodigies who are really influencing society in big ways, such as Bill Gates or Steve Jobs, you’ll notice that these people are white, not black. When you look at the richest people on the planet, you’ll notice that blacks are the only race that are not included on this list.
6. Around the world, the media portrays whiteness as the standard for beauty. Every single culture values the fairest members of their society. When blacks are considered to be attractive, it’s only in a degrading manner. And usually only mixed race blacks with white features are held up as a standard of black beauty.
So keeping this in mind, how can blacks ever “catch up” as a group? It seems that a handful of blacks might be successful, but collectively, black people always be at the bottom of the ladder. And what’s unfortunate about the black individuals that are successful is that they’ll always be stereotyped and lumped in with a failing group, which will make it harder for them to move up the ladder.
Do you think it’s even possible in this world that blacks will ever break free from their low status? It just seems that it would take complete magic to imagine a world where blacks can achieve parity with everyone else. It also makes it hard to believe that there’s some conspiracy to bring blacks down when they really have little to show, collectively, for all of their years on this earth.

Of course you present some cold, hard facts whereby rational, educated, cultured people cannot disagree with you, but others will take offense. I do disagree on point 6. “When blacks are considered to be attractive, it’s only in a degrading manner.”
We continue to expect blacks (and others) to assimilate into the culture and become “like us,” morally, intellectually, financially and socially, and with the same work ethic and family values and love of this great country; but they are not of the same moral or physical fiber. Why do we insist that our values should or will or can be their values when that continues not to be the case? We open our arms and share our assets with many people that openly and secretly hate us and wish and plot to divide and conquer the great White nation. Our leaders not only allow it, but sanction it, make it law, for personal gain and that, is the conspiracy. We’re being sold out, and the other races are pawns..
We are different people. The Adamic race has a long and proud Christian heritage, we are cut from the bones of Adam and Eve. We are different, not better, but with a different purpose. Too many Americans have put their King James Bible up on ahigh shelf to become dusty and have traded it for watered down, new age versions written by man and not by God.
We are not and are not meant to be the same. The majority of African Americans seem to flaunt that fact, members of their own race continue to cut themselves down to ghetto level, while the successful of the race continue to demand that America change our cultural and moral and economic fiber to fit theirs, to engulf their brothers and sisters, as though we are and always have been brutally wrong and morally corrupt toward them and now we owe.
But they offer no better way of life, they have no track record as you point out, that we should want to follow it. I do not think the Obama presidency has set us in a post-racial society as was hoped, though it did gain the black vote for the liberal, socialistic Democratic party. And now we are financially bankrupt as well, 43% of Blacks lost their homes to defaulted mortgages in the past 4 years, and we are deeply, irretrievably in debt to a communist country that will come collecting.
The more we try to adopt the black race (and others) in to our society as fellow-Americans, the more they spit in our face and on our heritage. White people are too easily moved by guilt, too compassionate and complacent, it’s ruining our economy, the family unit, and the moral fiber of the country. The latest solution, declare world peace, tear down the military machine, let the thieves and murderers have their way, that they say, will save the economy.
We’re all going down together. That is the conspiracy.
While this may be a worthwhile discussion, Y!A is not a forum for discussion and discourse, so forgive my digression, t hough it is not digression…

I admit that negroids have had a long fierce campaign for equal recognition in the world but try just being people and not a group. They seem to be the most successful.
they are not behind so there is no reason for them to catch up
people should be taken at face value and NOT judged on skin colour, its deeply offensive and racist
STOP ANSWERING GUYS……I SMELL A TROLL!!
Without a lie and gunpowder, most of your non-factual points would even exist in feeble minds. Lets face it, it is a very proven fact that there were great civilizations in Africa, so where you get understanding from is not correct. Lets take a quick look…
1. Egypt—Menes, who was a very black man…and lest we forget, Menes had a Physician named Imhotep who is now starting to be regarded as the father of medicine, not Hippocrates.—This point of Hippocrates was a lie instituted by the white race.
2. Ethiopia–including Cush, Thebes, Nubia, Kush, Axum and Meroe. Again this was a very qualified civilization, to which many things that we live by were just brought forth as a lie to credit the white race.
Need I go on?
Gunpowder, not intelligence gave the white man a very unfair advantage. Again, you need to consider that the black race was so strong in the minds of white captors, that upon bringing them to America, they stripped them not only out of home and country, but from every way of life.
Need we speak of Christ Jesus, do you honestly believe that HE had blond hair and blue eyes. So with that, a Black man is equaled to anyone with color to the skin and thus JESUS CHRIST was a ….come on say it….Black Man!!!
I pray you research this very uninformed question.
Btw—Obama 2012.
Edit: Blake, Ethiopia in History was a very fertile and powerful society. Again, it was not until certain people with gunpowder exploited it, set up factions and stripped it of its own dominion. RESEARCH YOUR HISTORY BEFORE GIVING AN IDIOTIC ANSWER!!!!!!
most non WASP’s that have succeeded were able to assimilate ban together and accomplish great success by supporting each other holding on to their culture while blending in or merging knowing their time will come and it has. Blacks can’t hide so their task is more difficult but not insurmountable the problem as I see it is they embrace their difference and don’t promote success in the environment which they are in. Yes a predominantly white culture that insists on formalities including accepted dialect education and perhaps a compromise to that which is familiar to them. From what I understand and now with affirmative action they seem to be holding themselves back so until there is a shift in the thinking within their own lineage change will be slow but it’s coming

I could go on. I think Oprah earned the most on one of those “rich lists”. Just because Bill Gates isn’t black that doesn’t mean there aren’t any black businessmen or inventors. I’m guessing you’re black and want sympathy.
Although it’s true that blacks have not had a self sustained, well working civilization without the direct rule or supervision of government or another race, I don’t see how they are mistreated by anyone any more than any other race. If anyone lacks the education needed to pursue the jobs of the future in this country and many others, it’s their own fault. Blacks are not persecuted and discriminated against anymore than anyone else. Let’s step back and take a look at the opportunities they are afforded that most other races are not. ***** College Fund, Black only Colleges, Black Entertainment Television (BET), and so on and so on. If Harvard or any other school refused to accept an enrollee due to the color of their skin, as would happen to me if I tried to enroll in a black only college, there would be lawsuits out the ying yang. A big majority the problem that blacks face is that they are no longer held accountable for anything. It’s as if they get a pass for doing wrong in today’s society simply because it’s either expected of most of them, or because no one’s willing to call them out on their wrong doing out of fear of being labeled a racist. Think of it this way, if you never punished your child or pointed it out to them when they misbehave, they would eventually learn that they can get away with anything. How often do you a group of 5 or 6 white kids in a restaurant, grocery store, whatever, drowning out everyone else with their liblab like you see blacks do most often? I know I will get thumbs down for this answer but most of you “I’m willing to bet” know it’s true. As far as beauty goes, that’s in the eye of the beholder. I don’t see black people portrayed in a negative light when it comes to beauty. It’s in the eye of the beholder as the old saying goes. It’s true that they have little to show for years on earth or even in this country. However, it’s no one’s fault but the person themself for not growing socially, be it black, white, Asian, Indian, whatever. Look at the property values of a predominantly white neighborhood after a black family or two move in. Even if they are good people, it’s the start of a long downward journey or ruin. I have nothing against black people. I’m not going to say that most of my best friends are black because that would be a lie. Simple unbiased observation of the black race in comparison to other races will show you that the majority of blacks either will not or cannot live as cleanly and morally as white people. I don’t care how much deceptive propaganda television programs there are depicting white kids as sideways hat wearing, gang sign flashing, pants hanging off the behind and in need of black guidance there are. It’s not the norm and should not be socially acceptable. What’s wrong with having morals, class, and living your life like somebody? I believe everyone has room for improvement no matter what the color of your skin. If each of us could think, what can I do today to be a better person and to help my fellow man, the world would be such a better place for whites, blacks, and everyone else.
And as for:
Naomi Campbell
-Oprah Winfrey
-Denzel Washington
-Rhianna
-P Diddy
-Jay Z
Like the person asking the question mentioned. Acting, rap/singing, and sports made these people famous. Ethiopia? Are you kidding? That’s one of the most poverished placed on earth! And as far as Africa goes, are you aware that there are an average of 1,152 rapes a DAY commited there. That’s just the Congo. Who do you think commit these atrocities amongst other humans? It’s true that the black race cannot govern themselves alone and live in a peaceful, flowing nation where everyone contributes.
It’s not offensive and racist because it’s not judgement of the color of someones skin, it is their actions as a whole. Is the US prison population predominantly black because there are so many racist police wanting to lock up black people? No, they are a minority in this country but a majority in prison because of the rate that black maled between the ages of 18 and 35 commit crimes. It’s simple statistics. Fact is fact.
So by ‘Blacks’ you mean dark skinned Indians, Asians, Caribbeans, Africans.
Riches and poverty start in the mind. Some are lazy, and or put themselves down. Many people have come from the streets and into mansions. not over night. Whilst some believe they are somewhat destined to remain poor. Mentality. Other factors some deem ‘controversial’ is the issue witchcraft with these communities Asian and African yes.
As you pointe out others are rich because they think and do differently. Many have become successful in different ways findinganswers.tv/?page_id=704
