How Do I Stop Eating Fast Food Everyday?

when i was younger i was fed a poor diet of fast food. i used to be given £2 for chicken and chips nearly everyday and every other night was chinese takeaways pizza and more junk! i used to be given money and i was allowed to have unlimited amount of sweet’s my mother never stopped me from having too many sweet’s EVER now i find it extremely difficult to stop i know i’m harming my body and my health (been getting alot of cold’s recently) but i just can’t stop i’m not majorly overweight i’m a uk size 12 and i don’t actually eat alot it’s just WHEN AND WHAT i eat! i could have takeaway everyday and feel no way but then when the evening come’s i’m extremely disgusted with myself! what can i do because if i don’t be careful i’m going to give these problem’s to my child and in the future gain weight when i become less active from age. please serious responses only this is literally killing me.

    start off slow. fast food might be all you crave right now because your body is used to it. maybe replace one meal with something healthy. maybe drink a smoothie for breakfast instead of eating a sandwich from a fast food joint? slowly incorporate healthy foods into your diet and you will eventually not even crave junky food! trust me. healthy food comes naturally to me now. the thought of eating fast food disgusts me at this point!

    you need to start going to the market and buying food to make. Use the internet to find recipes or going to the market and buy pre-med meals. Chicken is easy to make with veggies. Buy a raw chicken, and some veggies and a foil packet with some garlic, thyme, oregano, and a little olive oil and stick it the oven at 350degrees for 45min.

    Wow – what a bummer. You have two issues – one is food and the other is abandonment. It’s very sad that you just had to go buy junk to feed yourself.
    You might think about the Atkins diet. Get a used copy of his book and take a look. This is a really good diet – the highest quality food – and it really helps out with weight and cholesterol numbers and blood pressure numbers. The book is “New Diet Revolution” off of Amazon. Plenty of used copies. You eat eggs, meat, cheese, nuts and green salad. No more “chips”.
    Anyway, when you’re eating better food – and leaving out the sugars – you’ll find that you have a lot less cravings for junk. Of course, as I say, you still have the emotional thing of abandonment to deal with – but you have to deal with this for the good of your child.
