I had a fever in school since Thursday till now. But since tomorrow is Chinese new year I have to go visiting and I’m afraid I might pass my illness to my relatives… I have taken medicine but the fever is on off. Please help me!

Tylenol or advil will TREAT your fever, meaning make it temporarily go away. It in no way fixes the problem. Its like If you have a cut, putting a band aid on it does not make the cut go away, the cut is still there. Under the band aid.
No over the counter medication will cure you. It will only relieve you symptoms ( make you feel better) If you make the fever go away you are still sick and still contagious. I don’t intend to be mean, but I don’t know why you would think that your fever is what makes you contagious.
If you don’t want to get others sick and you want to get better than you need to stay at home. If you need to go out please wash your hands and keep your face away from others.
Take IB 800 ml and wait for one half hour. That should help you out.
