Does My Boyfriend Have An Std?

I’ve been having sex with my boyfriend for a few months now, though neither of us have been tested for STDs in the past year. We’ve always used condoms, except for oral sex, which has been unprotected. I’ve had a very mild sore throat continuously ever since I started performing oral sex on him a few months ago. I didn’t think much of it until today I noticed that there are a few tiny whiteish bumps deep under his (uncircumcised) foreskin,right at that spot where foreskin, shaft, and penis head meet. Also, he has a larger (pimple-sized) pinkish bump on his inner thigh, and his inner thighs are darker-colored, almost as if bruised (though it doesn’t seem to be going away). I asked him about the discoloration and he said that’s just normal for Chinese people like himself.
Any idea what’s going on with him? Are these all harmless things, or should I stop having sex with him and get him to the doctor ASAP?
