What Herbs Are Good To Make Me Breathe Better?
I know when I walk into a Chinese herb store, I can breathe a lot easier. I ask them but they always say it’s mix of lot of herbs your smelling. Does anyone know the main ingredients that I can actually go out and buy for myself for better breathing?
