Some helpful tips. TCM includes: acupuncture, herbology (dispensing of medicinal herbs), Tuina massage, and sometimes Tai Chi. It will be in Canada. She loves mountains, and has a strong interest in food/cooking,diet. I thought of “Ancient Road” – and have a logo with a road winding up a mountain. She doesn’t like it much.

I tried acupuncture, but it didn’t work, altho the Chinese herbs he recommended helped a little. I doubt I’ll ever get rid of this problem; I just want to shrink it enough to be able to sleep thru the night without getting up to pee. I already take saw palmetto; it helps, but not enough.
