Alternative Medicine For Poor Circulation?

By admin Posted in: alternative medicine

I’ve suffered from poor circulation since I was young (I’m 22 now). My finger and toes are darker than my normal skin colour. I’m thinking of trying alternative/herbal medicine but are there any recommendations? Would it also sort out the finger/toes colour situation? Thank you.

organic horse chestnut tincture is supposed to help circulation.
A good brand is herbpharm sold at many health food stores and online
a Google search should turn up other helpful herbs. Always take only organic herbs as they are 7-10 more photochemicals that cure and prevent disease and always take tinctures as capsules are rarely absorbed well
another think is cayenne with real raw (not capsuled) garlic (minimum 3 cloves a day which reduces plague and this will improve circulation..cayenne is brilliant for this. With cayenne the hotter the better when taken medicinally..cayenne is very food for circulation and being a catalyst herbs makes any herb taken with it work better. People taking ginkgo who were senile had about 35% cure but those taking ginkgo with cayenne about 97 were helped.
there may also be some help at this site and curezone.com where you should repost your questions as more help can be found there I feelhttp://www.herballegacy.com/search.php?z…

also take hot and cold showers and focus the shower wand on the problem areas
Hot and Cold Showers: (the most effective way to move the blood and create circulation ) Once daily, you must do a complete hot and cold shower. You will start with hot water for 1 minute, then cold for 1 minute. Re-peat this 7 times so the shower should last about 15 minutes. Another time, daily, you can do a complete hot and cold shower routine again or a partial one just applying the water directly to the affected area. Make sure while you are doing both hot and cold showers that you pay special attention to the affected area and massage it vigorously. If the shower is impossible then use Hot packs and Ice packs.
have your blood sugar taken also as this can affect the nerves and circulation.

Try this website … http://www.beautiquethai.com. They have a section on natural herbal products for bad circulation, here … http://beautiquethai.auctivacommerce.com/Blood-Circulation-C115749.aspx. I’ve used the Gingko Biloba and the Centella. The Centella works better for me. But you might be different. They’re helpful if you’ve got questions. I’ve used herbal for years for many things. IMO much better than many of the chemicals you get in pharma products.

Has this been diagnosed as Raynaud’s disease ? If so, there are some perfectly appropriate British Pharmacopoeia medicines which will help a great deal, as soon as the doctor sorts out the dose necessary for your condition.
You should not need to turn to “alternative medicines”. You can never be sure of the dosages in such “treatments”.
Do avoid Gingko, at any rate, This may make the problem worse.

    Hi,
Poor circulation may be because of lack of potassium or calcium. Check your potassium levels.. I hope it will be better if you consult a Naturopath. If possible try this remedy: A mixture of one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (look for the organic) and a tablespoon of honey in warm water is great for replenishing the body with lost minerals.

Ginkgo Biloba is a good thing to try for poor circulation, especially when it’s affecting your hands and feet. It promotes circulation to the extremities. Bioflavanoids like Rutin help to strengthen the veins, which can in turn promote healthy circulation. However if you’re taking any medication check with your GP. Hope this helps!

A good addition to your lifestyle would be Cayenne capsules it is good for your blood and will also help your circulation. Check out Now foods or Source Naturals but there are also of good ones but the higher the BTU the better, try to get one that is at least 100 but 300-500 is best. Be sure to take with food or you will get a burning in your stomach.

I am afraid there are absolutely no useful alternative options.

Real medication always better than alternative medication. My suggestion, go see a doctor.
